In order  to ensure propriety and transparency when carrying out its activities and to safeguard its employees and staff, its own image, and that of its subsidiaries, Fondazione Fiera Milano has adopted an organization and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

The organizational model is designed to build a structured and organic system of procedures and controls to prevent any of the infringements listed in Legislative Decree 231/2001 and pertaining to the administrative responsibilities of corporations for violations committed by their representatives.

This initiative, which came after the issuance of the Code of Ethics, was taken in the belief that adopting an organization and management model was a means of raising the awareness of all those working in the name of, or on behalf of Fondazione, that their conduct while performing their jobs, should be in keeping with the Code in order to prevent the risk of any infringements under the decree.
