Since 2019 Enrico Pazzali has been Chairman of Fondazione Fiera Milano.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bocconi University and he is member of the Assonime board of directors, the Italian association of joint-stock companies.
He has been Vice President and Member of UFI (Global Association of Exhibition Industry) Executive Committee and Board of Directors, since Novembre 2020.

Enrico PAZZALI

He began his career in Bull HN Information System Italy where he started as Sales Representative – Local Public Administration (March 1990–June 1992). He continued as Account Manager – Local and Central Public Administration (July 1992–December 1994) and concluded as Sales Executive (January–July 1995). From August 1995 to November 1997 he held the position of Retail Automation Manager at Shell Italia SpA and immediately afterwards joined Compaq SpA where he distinguished himself first as Strategic Alliances Manager (December 1997–August 1998) and then as Sales Manager Italy – Local Public Administration (September 1998–August 2000); on behalf of the same company he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the consortium for the creation of the Bio Technology Park of Turin (1999–2000) and of the COREP – Consortium for Research and Permanent Education in Turin (1999–2000). 
In September 2000 and until October 2002 he worked at Omnitel Vodafone Spa as Corporate Sales Manager – North East Area.
From November 2002 to May 2005 he was the Chief Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development at Poste Italiane Spa where in 2004–2005 he was also Group Chief Marketing Officer and Board Member of Postecom Spa until June 2005. 
From July 2005 to December 2006 he held the position of Head of Organisation, Personnel, Assets, and Information Systems at the Lombardy Region. 
In 2007 he joined Fiera Milano Spa where he initially held the position of General Manager (January 2007–April 2009) and later Managing Director (April 2009–April 2015). In the same corporate context he assumed the role of member of the Board of Nolostand Spa (a company in the Fiera Milano Group). In the same years (July 2008–September 2009) he was also a Board Member of Sogei Spa and a member of the Company’s Internal Control Committee. 
Since May 2013 he has been Vice President for Strategy of EMECA – European Major Exhibition Centres Association, the association that gathers together the 22 most important exhibition centres in Europe.

Managing Director of EUR Spa, . He has been a member of the Board of Directors of EUR Spa since August 2015 and took on the role of Managing Director of the company on December 2015 until June 2020.

Over the years he has also held the role of: lecturer in Information Systems Management (second-level Master’s in Integrated Management of the Logistics and Production Chain); lecturer of a seminar cycle of lessons at ASERI – Alta Scuola di Economia e Relazioni Internazionali at the Università Cattolica; lecturer at university courses and speaker at conferences on IT and telecommunications (Sole 24 Ore SAP Forum, Università Cattolica); Senior Manager for the Talent Academy project, sponsored by Vodafone, for the training of 12 fresh graduates attending a Master’s degree course preparing them for the world of work; lecturer at the Master’s degree course in Promotion and Management of Culture and Tourism, Structure and players in the tourism supply chain – Trade fair and congress sector at the IULM. 
Enrico Pazzali is also a Member of the Council Board of Assoimmobiliare and of the Board of Directors and Council Board of Federculture.
Born in Milan in 1964, he is married and has two children. 
He graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University, with a specialisation in Labour Organisation (March 1990). In the following years, (September 1993–March 1995) he attended the Master's in Business Administration as part of the Bull International Management Programme (École Internationale de Paris) and subsequently several Strategy and Management courses (1994, 1999, and 2002) at the European
