The Executive Committee of Fondazione Fiera Milano consists of a Chairman, two Deputy Chairmen and six members, chosen by the Governing Body.

The Executive Committee exercises ordinary and extraordinary administration; prepares the projects set out in the Forecast and Planning Report, the budget, and final and consolidated balance sheets. It sets out programs and projects, indicates the priorities and sets the guidelines for the activities of Fondazione based on the goals established by the Governing Body in the Forecast and Planning Report.
