Rome, September 29th, 2005 – Luigi Roth, Chairman of Fondazione Fiera Milano and Claudio Artusi, Managing Director of the controlled Sviluppo Sistema Fiera Spa are receiving tonight at 8 p.m. at Villa Miani, in Rome, the EPIC Special Award 2005. This recognition is being assigned within the two-day meeting and discussions currently taking place at Westin Excelsior and that have been representing for the past seven years a fixed appointment for the industry of the great property valorisations.
The EPIC Special Award 2005 has been granted to Fondazione Fiera Milano “for its innovative model of engineering and management of Call for Tender which has been adopted in relation with the redevelopment of Fiera Milano historical fairground. The method being proposed to cope with such a complex international-level property tender does actually represent a new positive model of clearness in the management of remarkable property-related projects in our Country”.
EPIC – which stands for European Property Italian Conference – is the most popular and highly attended Italian conference fully addressed and dedicated to the problems arising within the property industry and to the relations it has with the system of international finance. Through its six past editions, EPIC has contributed to the establishment and relevant consolidation of a new Community for the industry which meets up and carries out discussions within the marvellous setting of Rome.

In the afternoon, Luigi Roth has participated as speaker into the EPIC debate together with Massimo Ponzellini, Managing Director of Patrimonio dello Stato Spa, Fabrizio Bonelli from BancaIntesa and Claudio De Albertis, Chairman of ANCE. The discussion has given the attending delegates the opportunity to get to know and interact with decision makers of the market about the most significant issues within the property industry.
