16 October 2006 – With reference to the ordinary meeting of Fiera Milano S.p.A., with first convocation on 27 October 2006 at the Service Centre Auditorium in the New Trade Fair District, 28 Strada Statale in Sempione, Rho, and second convocation on 28 October 2006, same time and place, the General Council of Fondazione Fiera Milano, as majority shareholder of Fiera Milano S.p.A., today unanimously decided on the list of names for nomination to the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. for the financial years 2006/2007 - 2007/2008 - 2008/2009.
