ACCADEMIA FONDAZIONE FIERA MILANO (Academy of Trade Fair Management): THREE COURSES FOR THE EVENTS INDUSTRY
Milan , February 2010 - The Accademia training facility of Fondazione Fiera Milano currently provides three courses for those interested in the exhibition and events industry.
Third session of post-graduate course in marketing and events planning – specializing in exhibitions and congresses
Enrolments in the “3rd Post-graduate Course in Marketing and Events Planning – specializing in exhibitions and congresses” are open until 19 March.
The course begins in April and is divided into 540 hours of lessons and 360 hours of in-the-field training. It trains professionals in company communications and marketing on conducting marketing and competitor surveys, providing support in the development of marketing plans, planning company attendance at events for the trade, and cooperating in the staging of exhibitions, congresses and marketing events.
“Professione Buyer” Master’s Course: last places available
Also due to take off within the next few months is “Professione Buyer – Master’s Course in Innovative Buying Management”, in concert with Liuc University of Castellanza (Varese), for graduates with a degree in any discipline.
The Master’s course trains experts in the entire buying process: from analyzing trends in sectors, to assessing and selecting suppliers, and negotiating and signing contracts.
The study program includes 480 hours of lessons at LIUC in Castellanza (Varese) and 520 hours of in-the-field training. The course is also being held in association with IED (European Design Institute) and ADACI (Italian Purchasing Management Association), which certifies the main professionals in the buying sector.
The Buyer Master’s course awards credits that can be used for ADACI certification.

Accademia is not only for students keen on entering the job market by refining their skills, but also provides specific training to the owners and employees of companies that exhibit at fairs or that are first-time participants.
