Fondazione Fiera Milano has filed the list for the new board of directors of Fiera Milano Spa
Milan, March 31st, 2023 – The Executive Committee of Fondazione Fiera Milano met today to define the corporate governance proposals of Fiera Milano S.p.A., which will be approved during the Shareholders’ Meeting of the company, that will be held on April 27th.
The Executive Committee of Fondazione Fiera Milano, which is a majority shareholder with 63.82% of the share capital of Fiera Milano S.p.A., thanked the current CEO and the Board members for the work done during their term of office and unanimously decided to present the new list of Directors.
So, the Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. proposed for the financial years 2023-2025 is the following:

- Francesco Conci
- Ferruccio Resta
- Michaela Castelli
- Agostino Santoni
- Monica Poggio
- Regina De Albertis
- Paola Annamaria Petrone
- Nicoletta Liguori
Carlo Bonomi will be appointed as chairman, while the new Board of Directors of Fiera Miano S.p.A., during the Shareholders’ Meeting, will be proposed to appoint the Board member Francesco Conci as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
