Fondazione Fiera Milano was founded in 2000 to contribute to the development of the territory and the Country through the trade exhibition and congress sector, for the benefit of the community.

“The purpose of the Foundation is to favour, promote and increase the organization of trade exhibitions in Italy and abroad, as well as any other event that, by promoting exchanges, contributes to the development of the economy. To this end, it protects its assets and takes care of their growth and development by carrying out trade activities aimed at the construction, restructuring, requalification, either for renting or selling, of real estate complexes to be used for trade exhibitions and events.”

Governance
Fondazione Fiera Milano stands as a meeting point between the entrepreneurial world that generated the Fiera di Milano and the community as a whole.
The members of its bodies are designated to represent the institutions, the trade exhibition universe, and the local economic and social stakeholders.
The current Board of Fondazione Fiera Milano took office on September 16, 2022 and is chaired by Enrico Pazzali, in his second term.
