The statutory organs

The Directors of Fondazione Fiera Milano remain in office for three financial years and end their term of office on the date of the General Meeting that is held for the approval of the year's financial statements. The Chairperson and the members of the corporate bodies cannot be appointed more than twice.

The corporate bodies of Fondazione Fiera Milano cover three fiscal years and expire on the date of the General Council meeting convened to approve the budget for the last fiscal year. The President and members of the corporate bodies cannot be appointed more than twice.

Enrico Pazzali

President - self-suspend

Re-elected in 2022, Mr. Enrico Pazzali has been the President of the Foundation since July 2019. A business manager with experience in the ICT, energy, PA, telecommunications, and training sectors, he has been the CEO of Fiera Milano S.p.A. from 2009 to 2015. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bocconi University and the President of the Bergamo-Brescia Committee 2023.

The President of Fondazione Fiera Milano is appointed by the Regional Government after being designated by the Council, in agreement with the City Council of Milan and after hearing the most significant business associations of the region.

On October 28, 2024, the Executive Committee of Fondazione Fiera took note of President Enrico Pazzali's decision to resign from his position.According to the statutes of the Fondazione, art. 5, the powers associated with the office of President are fully transferred to the Vice President, Davide Corritore.

He began his career as a manager for major international banking groups and in the late 1990s was Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister.

For over ten years he was a columnist for Il Mondo, Corriere della Sera. Since 2006 has been Vice President of the City Council and then General Director of the City of Milan. Chairman of MM Spa for five years until 2019 and Vice President of SEA Spa for a three-year term until 2022.

Since the same year he has been Vice President of Fondazione Fiera Milano.

It consists of the President and 25 members representing the institutions, the world of trade exhibitions, and local economic players.

It has the power to orient and review the compliance of operating results by approving the Forecast and Planning Report prepared by the Executive Committee, the budget, the final annual report, and the consolidated financial statements.

According to the applicable legal provisions, the General Board appoints two Vice-Presidents from among its members.

The Executive Committee takes care of routine and non-routine administration and prepares the draft of the Forecast and Planning Report, the budget, the final annual report, and the consolidated financial statements of the Foundation. Within the framework of the objectives set by the General Board, it defines the programs and projects to be implemented, while identifying priorities and issuing directives for the implementation of the Foundation’s activities.

The Executive Committee of Fondazione Fiera Milano has a President, the two Vice-Presidents, and six members, chosen by the General Board.

The organizational model of Fondazione Fiera Milano requires the existence of a supervisory composed of three members that monitors the operation and compliance of organizational, management, and control models.
