Perspective. A journey in the Fondazione Fiera Milano archives is sponsored by Fondazione Fiera Milano in partnership with AFIP International (Italian Professional Photographers Association) and La Triennale di Milano and under the aegis of Lombardy Region and the Municipality of Milan.

The show, on display at the Triennale di Milano from November 23, 2018 to January 20, 2019, is the first installment in the Photographic Archives project (with which it shares the name).

Sponsored by Fondazione and AFIP for the opening of a center of excellence for the city, it aims to boost appreciation for photography as a present-day art form and universal language of communication that can build identities and stimulate sharing, as well as preserve the collective memory. 

Curated by OMA/Ippolito Pestellini Laparelli, the show uses visual narrative – and more – to explore the history of Italy’s society and economy in the last century.
